Join me from anywhere for amazing 30-45 minute functional movement yoga classes.

With the 3 Month Yoga On The Go Membership (Recurring), you'll be able to join me in-studio and/or online for an amazing 30-45 minute functional movement yoga class.

You'll have access to: 

  • Up to 4 (four) 30-45 minute online yoga movement classes per week
  • Up to 2 (two) 30-45 minute in-person yoga movement classes per week 
  • All classes will begin and end with a short meditation 
  • Access to recorded classes that you can do on your own time through your Yoga On The Go account 
  • Access to weekly newsletter filled with insights & lessons you can take off the mat for personal growth
